2026 Community Garage Sale

The wait is over — our most-anticipated community event is coming  this November!  Start the holiday season by clearing out your closets,  de-cluttering your garage, and turning those unused items into CASH — all while having fun with neighbors!

 Whether you’re selling, shopping, or teaming up with friends for a block-style experience, you won’t want to miss it!

Seller Participation Fee is $15

You may register as a seller using the tickets link below paying via PayPal/debit/credit or
you can mail cash or check made out to RMCSC c/o J Fortner 3747 N Katmai Cir.
If you are mailing payment please include your name, address, phone number and email.

IF YOU ARE  USING OUR ONLINE FORM TO SIGN UP AND PAY – IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR  NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, AND EMAIL YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE  AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED TO YOU AND YOU WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE GARAGE  SALE 

This is the only sanctioned garage sale by the Red Mountain OA, and your fees pay for: 

• Banners at the entrances to Red Mountain Ranch
• Signs with QR code maps around the neighborhood
• Signs & Stakes with QR Code maps around the neighborhood
• Print and digital and social media advertising
• Your sale listed on the interactive map*
• Most importantly, a liability insurance policy for the sale to protect you and your shoppers.

*in order to be included on the maps registration must be completed by 10/30/2025

Registration opens September 1, 2025 and we will accept registrations until November 7th at 1pm.

Once you have registered please watch for your confirmation email and instructions from our garagesale@rmcsc.org email address.
